Cancelling a VIP order
Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp 077 465 9518 or at kontak@ansie.co.za to cancel an order.
Tell us before work starts. If work has already started, we discuss what can still be cancelled and any applicable refund. Your statutory rights continue to apply.
VIP is a once-off service. There is no new subscription or automatic renewal to cancel.
Older recurring subscriptions
If you previously bought a subscription, it still needs to be cancelled. The new WhatsApp service does not automatically cancel it.
Sign in to your existing account and use the cancellation button in your profile, or contact kontak@ansie.co.za. We charge no cancellation fee.
Your data
Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or previous documents. Request deletion separately; see the Privacy Policy.
