Once-off VIP orders

Payment is per subject PDF for a summary, test and memorandum. R99 for fewer than 100 pages; R149 for 100–150 pages. Contact us first for more than 150 pages.

Confirm the file and price on WhatsApp before using the Paystack link.

Errors or problems

Contact us if you were charged twice, did not receive material, or documents are empty, unreadable or about the wrong work. We investigate and discuss a correction or an appropriate refund.

Processing and your rights

We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund is processed to the original payment method, usually within 7 days after Paystack processes it.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, the ECT Act or other applicable legislation.
