Oor jou kind: die naam of noemnaam wat jy insleutel, en die graad. Ons vra nie 'n van, geboortedatum, skool of enige kontakbesonderhede van 'n kind nie, en jy moet dit ook nie insleutel nie.
Wat jy oplaai: die geskandeerde bladsye, en die dokumente wat Ansie daaruit maak.
Tegnies: aanmeldtye en foutlogboeke, om die diens te laat werk.
3. Toestemming vir 'n kind se inligting ⚠️
Deur 'n kindprofiel te skep, gee jy as ouer of voog toestemming dat ons daardie kind se naam en graad verwerk vir die doel om studiemateriaal te maak. Jy mag daardie toestemming enige tyd terugtrek deur die profiel te verwyder of ons te kontak.
4. Waarvoor ons dit gebruik
Net om die diens te lewer. Ons verkoop nooit jou inligting nie. Ons gebruik dit nie vir advertensies nie. Ons gebruik nie jou kind se werk om KI-modelle te oefen nie.

Oorgrens-oordrag. Om die dokumente te maak, word jou opgelaaide bladsye na Anthropic in die VSA gestuur. Dit is 'n oordrag ingevolge artikel 72 van POPIA en jy stem daartoe in wanneer jy oplaai.
6. Hoe lank ons dit hou
Jou oplaaie en dokumente bly in jou rekening totdat jy hulle verwyder. Vee jy 'n oplaai uit, word die bladsye én die dokumente uit ons berging verwyder.
Vra jy dat ons jou rekening skrap, verwyder ons alles binne 30 dae, behalwe waar die wet ons verplig om rekords te hou.
7. Jou regte
Jy mag vra om te sien watter inligting ons van jou hou, dit reg te laat stel, dit te laat verwyder, of om jou toestemming terug te trek. Skryf aan [EPOS] en ons antwoord binne 30 dae.

8. Sekuriteit
Alles loop oor 'n geënkripteerde verbinding (HTTPS). Toegang tot die databasis is beperk. Geen stelsel is volmaak nie, en ons kan nie absolute sekuriteit waarborg nie.
9. Koekies
Ons gebruik net wat nodig is om jou aangemeld te hou. Geen advertensiekoekies nie, geen derdeparty-nasporing nie.

2. What we hold. From you: your email address, your name if you give it, your payment status. We never see your card details — Paystack handles payments. About your child: the name or nickname you enter, and the grade. We do not ask for a surname, date of birth, school or any contact details for a child. What you upload: the scanned pages, and the documents Ansie makes from them. Technical: login times and error logs.
3. Consent for a child's information ⚠️ By creating a child profile you, as parent or guardian, consent to us processing that child's name and grade for the purpose of producing study material. You may withdraw that consent at any time by deleting the profile or contacting us.
4. What we use it for. Only to deliver the service. We never sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use your child's work to train AI models.
5. Who sees it. Anthropic (the AI, United States); Paystack (payments); [HOSTING]; [EMAIL SERVICE]. Cross-border transfer: your uploaded pages are sent to Anthropic in the United States (POPIA section 72) and you consent to this when you upload.
6. How long we keep it. Your uploads and documents stay until you delete them. Deleting an upload removes both the pages and the documents. If you ask us to close your account we delete everything within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain records.
7. Your rights. You may ask what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent. Write to [EPOS]; we respond within 30 days. Complaints: inforegulator.org.za.
8. Security. Everything runs over an encrypted connection. Database access is restricted. No system is perfect.
9. Cookies. Only what is needed to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.
